LOOKING FOR A DENTIST
with BrightSmile
You can use any licensed dentist in the United States
Bento and partner networks
BrightSmile provides access to the national Bento Network, including platinum, gold and silver tiers. Partner networks listed in the brochure include DenteMax PPO, Connection Dental PPO and Cigna Shared Administration DPPO SA Plus.
Participating Bento and partner dentists use contracted rates for covered services with a no-balance-billing policy. You still pay your applicable share under the plan. Confirm participation for your dentist, office and treatment before scheduling.
Find an in-network dental provider through the Bento Dental Network
Out-of-network dental care
You can visit a licensed dentist outside these networks. The plan bases its payment on the dentist’s fee or the maximum allowable fee for non-network services, whichever is lower.
You are responsible for the remaining difference between the plan payment and the dentist’s charges when using covered dental services out-of-network. Ask for a written estimate and confirmation of benefits before receiving treatment.
Dentists can register through the Bento Dentist Portal.
